  • SARES•REGIS Group developed three green high-image industrial buildings totaling 120,000 sq. ft. in Anaheim; two of the buildings were sold prior to completion.

Additionally, SARES•REGIS Group’s commercial and multifamily management divisions are leaders in sustainable practices. The company’s Multifamily Property Management Division has adopted an eco-management program aimed at reducing energy and water consumption, increasing recycling and use of non-toxic cleaning products. Energy saving upgrades since 2002 by SRG’s Commercial Property Services Division has sequestered more than 1 million tons of carbon dioxide gas.

The company’s Green Committee encourages and monitors sustainable practices for internal operations. This effort has achieved a 30 percent year-over-year reduction of landscape water use, a 14 percent reduction in electricity at its corporate headquarters and has eliminated or is recycling of 75 percent of corporate waste.
